Part of Transport & Logistics
Warehouse & storage on the corridor.
Al Tawfiq Group operates 1,200 m² of closed warehouse plus open yard storage in Duba — the staging point between NEOM, the Red Sea projects and Tabuk. Cargo is received against your documents, stored closed or in the yard, and released to site on your call — with the same group’s trailers and boom trucks doing the collection and delivery, so storage and transport run as one contract.

RECEIVING · RECORDS · RELEASE
Storage is a chain of custody, not a parking space.
Anyone can hold cargo. What a project team actually needs is to know what arrived, what condition it arrived in, where it sits, and that it leaves only on the right instruction. That’s how the Duba facility runs: goods are received against your delivery documents, checked and noted at the door, and stored segregated by consignment — your cargo doesn’t mix with anyone else’s.
While it’s held, records are kept to the level your contract needs — from a simple in/out register to itemised consignment records — and stock questions get answered by one contact, not a ticket queue. Release is controlled: cargo leaves against your authorisation, collected by your trucks or loaded onto ours.
The location does real work too. Duba sits between the port, NEOM and the Red Sea projects, so materials can land early, wait out site delays, and reach the workface in hours, not days. And because the same division runs the trailers, reefers and boom trucks, receiving, storage, lifting and final delivery run as one contract with one accountable owner — no handover gaps between a storage vendor and a transport vendor
Receipt against documents
Checked and noted at the door, discrepancies flagged.
Segregated by consignment
Your cargo stored apart, findable, untouched.
Records per agreement
From in/out register to itemised consignment records.
Controlled release
Cargo leaves only against your authorisation.
Lifting on site
Boom trucks load, offload and stack in the same yard.
Fleet at the door
Delivery to NEOM, Red Sea and Tabuk from the same group.

DECISION GUIDE
Closed warehouse, open yard, or straight through?
Three ways to use the facility — most projects end up using a mix.
| Consideration | Closed warehouse | Open yard | Transit / cross-dock |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best cargo | Materials, equipment, spares, cartons | Steel, pipe, containers, plant | Consignments moving on within days |
| Protection | Under roof — clean, dry, secured | Open air, laid out for access | Held briefly, then forwarded |
| Handling | Forklift, palletized | Boom truck and forklift | Received and reloaded fast |
| Typical term | Weeks to months | Weeks to months | Days |

WHY IT MATTERS
Megaprojects don't wait for late materials — and they can't absorb early ones. Storage on the corridor is the buffer that makes both problems disappear.
NEOM-approved · Duba-based · received, recorded, released — one contract with the fleet.

QUERIES
Curtain-sided questions, answered.
Two kinds under one facility: 1,200 m² of closed warehouse for cargo that must stay clean, dry and secured, and open yard storage for steel, pipe, containers and plant — with forklift and boom-truck handling on site.
Duba sits between the port, NEOM and the Red Sea project sites. Materials can land early, wait out site delays close to the workface, and reach NEOM or Red Sea sites in hours rather than being trucked up from Jeddah on demand.
Goods are received against your delivery documents with condition noted at the door, stored segregated by consignment, and recorded to the level your contract needs — from a simple in/out register to itemised consignment records. Stock questions go to one contact.
Only you. Release is controlled against your authorisation — cargo leaves when your named contacts instruct it, collected by your trucks or delivered by ours. That chain of custody is agreed in the contract before the first pallet arrives.
Yes — that's the point of storage inside a transport division. Our flatbeds and reefers collect from port or supplier, the cargo holds in Duba, and it delivers to NEOM, Red Sea or Tabuk sites on your call, all on one contract with one accountable owner.
Both. Transit and cross-dock holds of a few days, short-term storage over weeks, and longer project holds over months are all available — the term and rate are confirmed per requirement, and terms can flex as your programme moves.
Yes — project staging is a core use. Deliveries from multiple suppliers land in Duba, consolidate by area or work package, and go to site sequenced in build order, so the workface gets what it needs when it needs it instead of a laydown area full of everything at once.
What's being stored, roughly how much space it needs (square metres or pallet count), closed or yard, when it arrives, the expected term, and whether you need collection or delivery around it. We reply with availability and a price.
