Home/Services/Marine & Port/Bunker fuel — Jeddah Port

MP·02

Bunker fuel at Jeddah Islamic Port.

Truck-delivered marine fuel in the Kingdom’s busiest Red Sea gateway — inside the vessel’s stay, not around it. Jeddah runs on berth plans, gate procedures and schedules that don’t wait; we quote against your nomination, handle port access as part of the delivery, and complete a metered, documented transfer alongside. Single calls, urgent top-ups, or a standing program for agents ordering across multiple principals — grades and quantities confirmed per order.

FIG.01 — Transfer Control

FIG.01 TRANSFER CONTROL

You start it. You stop it. It's recorded.

That's the point of a controlled transfer — run it yourself. Pick the scenario, press start, watch the meter count against the nominated quantity, and stop it like a receiving officer would. Illustrative; the real meter is on the quay, being witnessed.

3D · DRAG TO ROTATE TRANSFER IDLE

drag to rotate · scroll to zoom

3D isn't available in this browser. The control logic stands: the transfer starts and stops on the receiving side's word, the meter counts against the nominated quantity, and the result is documented and signed before the truck leaves the port.

Single call

One vessel, one nomination, one documented delivery inside the stay.

DELIVERING IN A BUSY GATEWAY

Jeddah rewards suppliers who plan.

Jeddah Islamic Port is the Kingdom’s main Red Sea gateway — liner schedules, full berths, controlled gates. Getting fuel alongside there is a logistics problem before it’s a fuel problem. Here’s how we run it:

STAGE·01

Quote against the nomination

Vessel, quantity, grade if known, and the expected stay. We price and confirm against those numbers in writing — and if the ETA is soft, we say what’s firm and what moves with it.

STAGE·02

Plan around the berth, not the clock

Berth timing in Jeddah shifts — vessels wait, windows compress. We track the call with your agent and re-slot the truck when the berth does, so the plan follows the ship.

STAGE·03

Gate & access, handled

Port entry in Jeddah is a controlled process — passes, timing, routing to the berth. That administration is our job, arranged per delivery, so your side never chases a truck through a gate.

STAGE·04

Deliver inside the stay

The truck positions alongside, the transfer is agreed with the receiving officer, and pumping runs to the nomination — start and stop on the ship’s word, at a pace that respects cargo work.

STAGE·05

Meter, record, sign

The meter is there to be witnessed; quantity, product and timing go onto signed paperwork before departure. In a port this size, undocumented fuel is a dispute waiting to happen — ours never is.

STAGE·06

Repeat, on a program

For agents with recurring calls, deliveries can run as a standing arrangement — agreed terms, one account, and a supplier who already knows your principals’ patterns.

THE DISCIPLINE

In a busy port, the window is everything.

A vessel in Jeddah doesn’t wait for fuel; fuel waits for the vessel. Everything in our delivery control exists to protect one thing — the transfer happening inside the stay:

MP·02 · DELIVERY CONTROL — JEDDAH ISLAMIC PORT

Firm quote, honest feasibility

Price and timing confirmed against the nomination — and if a window can't be met, you hear it before you plan on it.

Berth tracking with the agent

ETAs and berth changes flow from your agent to our dispatch, and the truck slot moves with the ship, not the original booking.

Gate administration done early

Access and passes arranged per delivery ahead of arrival — the truck queues at the berth, never at the paperwork.

Transfer on the ship's word

Start, rate and stop agreed with the receiving officer; the meter runs where the crew can witness it.

Signed record every time

Quantity, product and timing countersigned before departure — one standard whether it's a single call or the fortieth on a program.

Same discipline at both ports

One supplier, one standard at Jeddah and NEOM Port — so a fleet working the Red Sea coast keeps a single quality bar.

QUERIES

Jeddah Port bunkering, answered.

Fuel is delivered by truck to the vessel alongside. You nominate the vessel, quantity and expected stay; we quote and confirm, arrange port access, track the berth with your agent, and complete a metered, signed transfer inside the stay.

Yes — that's how most Jeddah volume runs best. Terms and account are agreed once; each call then needs only the vessel, quantity and ETA, and it's handled on the established arrangement with the same paperwork standard every time.

Tell us — or have your agent tell us — and the truck slot moves with the ship. Berth shifts are normal in Jeddah; the delivery plan is built to follow the call, not the original booking, and a re-slot costs a message, not a renegotiation.

As early as the call is known — advance notice makes the gate administration and truck slot routine. That said, late requests are answered honestly against the time left; urgent top-ups are part of the service, not an exception to it.

We do. Port entry, passes and routing to the berth are arranged per delivery as part of the job, ahead of the truck's arrival — your side never gets involved in moving a truck through a gate.

Delivery location is coordinated per order with the port and your agent, based on where the vessel actually berths. Rather than publishing a berth list that goes stale, we confirm access for the specific call as part of the delivery plan.

Yes — one account with us can cover every principal you handle, with each delivery documented separately per vessel. You get one counterparty and one quality bar; your principals each get clean, vessel-specific records.

Per order, against the nomination — quantity, grade and timing drive the number, and it's confirmed in writing before the delivery is booked. For scheduled programs, pricing terms are agreed up front so individual calls don't reopen the commercial discussion.
