EM·02
ENVIRONMENTAL & MUNICIPAL
Sewage out, before it's a problem.
Septic pits and holding tanks emptied by vacuum tanker across Tabuk, Duba and the NEOM corridor. A standing rotation sized to your tank and occupancy — so emptying happens on a schedule, not in a panic — plus callouts when something unplanned fills up fast. Clean work, an empty verified before the truck leaves, and disposal per the municipality’s procedures with a record per load.

FIG.01 EMPTYING VISUALIZER
Watch the level go the right way.
Pick the situation and run the service — the vacuum tanker arrives, connects, and the pit level drops to empty. Illustrative; tank sizes and rotations are confirmed per order.

3D isn't available in this browser. The service: the vacuum tanker positions at the pit, the hose goes down, suction runs until the pit is verified empty, the area is left clean, and the load is recorded for disposal per the municipality's procedures.
Septic pit
The standard emptying — on a rotation sized so it never gets urgent.

WHAT THE SERVICE INCLUDES
From callout to clean record.
Sewage removal is a hygiene operation with a logistics core: arrive inside the window, work clean, verify empty, dispose properly, keep the paper. Stage by stage:
STAGE·01
The callout or rotation
A single emptying starts with the location and tank type. A standing rotation starts with occupancy and tank size — we do the arithmetic and propose the frequency, so full never sneaks up on anyone.
STAGE·02
Sizing the frequency
The right rotation is boring by design: the pit sits comfortably below the line on the day the tanker arrives, every time. Occupancy changes? One message re-sizes the rhythm.
STAGE·03
On site
The tanker positions for the shortest workable hose run, covers stay controlled, and the working area is protected. Compounds, camps and tight residential access are all normal territory.
STAGE·04
Suction & verification
Suction runs until the pit or tank is actually empty — checked, not assumed — and the covers go back properly. An emptying that leaves a third behind just moves the problem two weeks closer.
STAGE·05
Clean close-out
Hoses are drained and stowed clean, the area is left as found, and the visit is logged. The standard is simple: no trace we were there except an empty tank.
STAGE·06
Disposal & the record
Every load goes to the municipality’s designated points per its procedures, confirmed per contract — with a record per load your facilities or HSE team can file without chasing.
FIG.03
WHO CALLS
Everywhere the network doesn't reach.
SITE·01
Worker camps
Multiple pits, high occupancy, zero tolerance for overflow — the core rotation work.
SITE·02
Compounds & housing
Residential septic systems emptied quietly, on schedule, with tight access handled.
SITE·03
Commercial facilities
Restaurants, workshops and facilities whose holding tanks fill faster than anyone plans.
SITE·04
Construction welfare units
Site offices and welfare blocks serviced around the working day.
SITE·05
Events & temporary sanitation
Holding tanks for temporary setups, emptied on the event’s clock.
SITE·06
Remote & coastal sites
Places where the vacuum tanker is the sewage system’s other half.
FIG.04
THE DISCIPLINE
Sanitation is judged by what you never notice.
A good sewage service is invisible: no smell, no spill, no overflow, no chasing. Making it invisible takes a visible discipline —
EM·02 · SERVICE CONTROL — VACUUM TANKER
Rotation sized to real use
Frequency set from tank size and occupancy, not habit — reviewed when the headcount moves.
Arrival inside the agreed window
A sewage visit that slips a day is a risk, not an inconvenience — the window is treated as a commitment.
Clean hose handling throughout
Protected working area, controlled covers, drained hoses — hygiene practice is the product.
Empty verified before leaving
Checked, not assumed. A half-done emptying is a problem rescheduled, not solved.
Load recorded, disposal per municipality
Designated points, per procedures, per contract — with a record your auditors can follow.
The urgent line answered honestly
An overflow risk gets a real ETA against real availability — never a soothing guess.

DECISION GUIDE
Which arrangement fits?
| Situation | Best arrangement | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One pit, needs emptying | Single callout (EM·02) | Location and tank type are enough — priced and scheduled per visit. |
| Camp or compound, ongoing | Standing rotation | Frequency sized from occupancy; emptying stops being anyone’s job to remember. |
| Several pits on one site | Cluster route, one visit | Multiple pits sequenced in a single mobilization — less cost, less disruption. |
| Camp needs the full loop | Combine with EM·01 / EM·03 | Water in, sewage out, waste away — one schedule, sized together. |

QUERIES
Sewage & vacuum tanker, answered.
Send the location and tank or pit type through the request on this page. A single visit is priced and scheduled straight away; ongoing service gets a proposed rotation sized to your setup.
It depends on tank size and occupancy — which is exactly the arithmetic we do when proposing a rotation. The right answer keeps the level comfortably below the line on the day the tanker arrives, every time, and gets re-sized when the headcount changes.
Yes — cluster routes sequence multiple pits in a single mobilization, which is cheaper and less disruptive than separate callouts. Camps with several blocks usually run this way on a standing rotation.
Yes — mark the request urgent and it's triaged first, with an honest ETA against real availability. And once the emergency is handled, we'll propose the rotation that stops it happening again.
To the municipality's designated points, per its procedures, confirmed per contract — never anywhere else. Every load is recorded, so the disposal trail is auditable end to end.
Protected working area, controlled covers, clean hose handling, drained and stowed equipment, and the area left as found. Documented practices back the work, with certificates provided per quotation.
Yes — and it should be, since the same headcount drives both. Water in and sewage out are sized together on one schedule and one invoice, often with waste collection as the third leg.
Usually — narrow compound gates, unpaved tracks and long hose runs are everyday conditions here. Mention the access in your request (a photo helps) and the visit is planned around it rather than discovered on arrival.
